What happens after I subscribe?

You're charged immediately, then redirected to a confirmation page. We email you a magic link to log into the TMS at tms.freightboard.io within a minute. Your org is provisioned automatically — no setup call required.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Starter and Growth are month-to-month with no annual contract. You can cancel from the in-app billing portal. Your data exports to CSV + a full Postgres dump in one click.

Refund policy?

We don't pro-rate refunds for partial months, but if you cancel before your next renewal you keep access until the period ends and aren't billed again. Email billing@freightboard.io if something's off — we work it out.

What if my load volume changes?

Tiers flex — we'll review quarterly and offer to move you up or down. No overage fees, no surprise invoices.

Is my data safe?

Your data lives in isolated Supabase tenants with row-level security. Daily backups included; SOC 2 compliance on Enterprise.
